Here are some pictures taken from Supper Bowl Sunday.

Malachi had Matt over to watch the game that Sunday. I went home with somebody and on my Mom's way to get me she and my brother stopped by Wal-mart to get some things for super. The lady at the check out counter gave them four 3-D classes. Right at half time a few commercials/previews came on and were in 3-D. So here are the four boys watching them in the goofy looking 3-D glasses.

*Sigh*

Nothin much happening. Malachi comes home from Teen pack today. He left early Monday Morning. This week has gone by fast! Monday me and Nathan went to work with Mom. And I, later, went to ballet. Afterwords, we went out to eat with my dad's boss and his family to Western Sizzlin. Tuesday was kind of a drag. And that night we went to a lodge meeting for dad's work and had super there. Wednesday I had ballet and we went to Church. Today nothing really. I did school, my chores, and cooked super. Chili and corn bread. Idk what will happen the rest of the week. Sunday is Mom's birthday. I won't give her age. I would tell you what I got her but she reads my blog so I won't say. Monday I will tell you and hopefully have pictures to go with it. BTW. Mom we need double "A" batteries for the camera. I need to go now.

Beauty and The Beast

Tonight I go to a high school play with Brooklyn and sixteen other people. One of my friends from ballet will be acting in it. I'm really looking forward to tonight. First, Mrs. Brent will come pick me up and all of us are going to Mi Pueblo for supper. Then we go to the school to watch the play. After that we go to Brooklyn's house to hang out and spend the night. I don't know what we will do the next day. But I do know we are going to Hannah's bridal shower. So this weekend should be a lot of fun. All I've done this week is Ballet and School. We finished one of our dances Monday and Wednesday we worked on the dance for a long while. And our pionte piece is coming along we don't like much until we finish it. And in my baby class we finished all of their dances except for tap and jazz. In ballet they only have two very short songs that they will do with some of the other baby classes and one kinda long ballet dance that only that class does. Their dancing to one of my favorite songs, "Fly To Your Heart" - Selina Gomez. I need to go do my chores and get ready for tonight.

It's been a while

It's been about a week since I posted. I really don't know what to post about. So I'll just post about my week.

Monday- I did school, went to ballet for a ballet lesson and to, afterward, teach a ballet class with my teacher. Then we went to Bumpers for the half price night (everything 50% off...Oh yeah!!)

Tuesday- School (as usual). Then went to the church to watch Amy's (Nicole's sister) kids

Wednesday- School (again). Another ballet lesson (no teaching on Wednesdays) then went to church. At church me and Hannah Brandon were in the "soon" to be Sanctuary at our church. We were just sitting there in the dark talking and all of the sudden the air pressure thingy went off. It scared the fire out of us! We both started screaming. Then we froze for a second, we figured out what it was almost immediately. Hannah said that she thought it was an animal or somebody/something. We walked out of the room to find Catherine coming down the stairs asking what the noise was. If your not laughing, then I guess it's one of those "you would of had to of been there" moments.

Thursday- School (sigh). And cleaned the house getting ready for Dad to come home

Friday- School (that's getting kinda old) . Dad came home and we went to the health plex to go swimming, came home cooked pizza for supper and had Pepsi and watched some of our favorite TV shows, Then finally went to bed around 11:30.

Today- Nothing.

Mrs. Amber Mathinia

Today, one year ago, I over heard the shocking news that Mrs. Amber Mathenia was killed in a car wreck. I never thought anything like that could ever happen to our dear sweet Amber. I miss her very much and wish she could be here today. But that's what God had planned from the beginning so that's what's best. I know she's very happy to be where she is right now! I remember it like it was yesterday.

Mr. Loyd called us at home. He was talking to Dad. All of the sudden Dad just froze and had a very shocked look on his first. Before that we had heard him say, "Amber? yeah what about her?" He pulled Momma into there room and shut the door. Me and my brothers didn't think anything about it. Momma came out with tears in her eyes asking where the church directory was. Malachi said, "What's wrong? Is Mrs. Amber hurt?" Momma just nodded her head "yes" and walked off. She wouldn't tell us what was wrong. She went back into her room and shut the door. I went to their door and heard Mom and Dad talking about it. I wasn't able to really make out what they where saying. This is all I heard, "Amber, Children Hospital to make sure ok."
Nathan came and was making tons of noise and I went back into the den and told them what I had heard. I sat down on the couch thinking of what could have been wrong. My thoughts were, " I wonder if she got hurt and is in the hospital. Well, she said Ellie and Isaac were there. I wonder if she died in a car wreck, wait, what am I thinking? That's impossible." So I went back to my parent's door and listened in as they were talking to someone on the phone. I thought this is my chance to find out what happened. So I listened and heard Momma say, " Did you hear about Amber? Well, she was killed in a car wreck." I froze and made a look, then burst out crying! I went running in the den and told Malachi and Nathan. There was silence (all except the sounds of us crying) for a long while. That night while crying myself to sleep I thought of all the memories of Mrs. Amber. And then thought of the last time I saw her. It was at church on Sunday in the Nursery. I remember I kept looking at her thinking about how much I loved her and was thankful to have met her. And was very happy in nursery that day sitting there listening to her talk and laugh. I would do just about anything to have that one last day with here again. I know every body that knew her misses her. If you didn't get to meet her, all I can say is you would have LOVED her!! I don't have a picture of her right now that I can post.

One last thing to post about then I will be done. My favorite memory of Mrs. Amber.

They were getting ready to leave for Ethiopia, to live. We were having a going away "party" and there was ceremony. Afterward they stood in front of the church and people made a line the tell them goodbye. I didn't get in line though. I wanted to tell Mrs. Amber I loved her, but there were people all around them. So I found paper and a pen and simply wrote the words, "I LOVE YOU!" And handed it to her. I walked off. And I knew she had just read it because as I was walking off I heard a bunch women going Awwwww. Later right before they left. She came to me and hugged me tight. I started crying. She looked me right in the eyes and said, "I love you very much too, Hannah! I'm going to miss you!" I can still hear her say that. Those words that came out of her mouth meant (and still does) so much to me. Every time I think about this memory, I get very teary eyed. And I am crying right now as I write this. I cried every day for a long time after she had died. Being at the funeral and visitation was , to me, like finding out what had happened all over again, but glad I went or else I would be regretting not going now and probably always.
