Chocolate!!
I had a friend over Friday. She stayed the night and Saturday morning, while she was still asleep, I made Muffins for breakfast. After she woke up, we went strait to work. We started off by making some cookies while Mom and Nathan made a pan of fudge, while at the same time Mom was covering the turtles in chocolate. When we were done putting the ingredients together and mixing it well, we tried to shape them. They did not turn out well. We didn't have enough flour so they wouldn't shape. So we just put them on the pan in balls. The got very flat on the pan. So they were thin when we ate them. Mom said that we would just keep the cookies since they turned out bad. Then we ate lunch. After lunch, we (me and my friend) made another pan of fudge while Mom and Nathan cover more turtles in chocolate. We had a bunch of candy left over. It was a lot of fun!!

Jigsaw Puzzle
I received an email that had a link to a musical jigsaw puzzle. It's very easy to put together. At the end of the puzzle (when it's all put together) it plays a short carol, so be sure to have your volume turned up. Try it out. Click Here
Where it says click on the holly, the holly is the little green and red flower, also known as mistletoe.

YIKES!!!!
Today, I was on the computer, I heard a scream. I recognized the scream, It was Nathan. I thought, "Well, I bet Malachi and Nathan are fighting or something so don't worry about it." Then I remembered hearing Malachi and Nathan's doors shut (they both make different noises when they shut). So I jumped up and ran, by the time I got to the Living room, Malachi was running out of his room. Me and Malachi were banging on the door trying to get it opened, it was locked, so then I yelled, "Unlock the door" I was about to go get a screw driver to pick lock it. Just then he unlocked it, and me and Malachi opened the door quickly. Nathan was on his knees with his hand on his head. Then he laid himself back down on the floor. I asked,"What happened?" He said,"I fell from the top of the bunk bed!" So Malachi was making sure he was ok, not paralyzed or anything. So then we called Mom and told her what had happened. He is ok now. He has a big knot upside his head and his back is soar. We went and measured how far he fell, 6ft. 2 inches on a hard concrete floor. Yeah, he doesn't have carpet in his room, we took it up, so now it's concrete.

Christmas Performance
Yesterday I had a Christmas performance. It was a lot of fun!! We did a dance in soft shoes then another dance on pionte. For the soft shoe piece, we danced to "Sleigh Ride". I looked good all until the ending. The ending was very rushed! We were late. So as we were rushing, me and one other girl, on the other side of the line from where I was, got our faces covered by someone's skirt part of the costume. The front row ended holding out their skirts, and the back row is supposed to turn to the front and end on our knee holding out one end of the skirt. Well, like I said me and the other girl got a skirt in our faces, and one of the girls in the middle, was VERY rushed, she was in such a hurry, that in stead of landing on her knee, she fell onto her bottom and went sliding back a few feet! As you can imagine, I am laughing very hard as I am writing this! The night before we had a long talk on if we mess up, then keep a smile on your face and it will make it not as noticeable that you messed up. And if you fall, fall gracefully. She did neither of those when she went flying back. She had both feet and hands straight in the air and the most, "Oops! I messed up" face ever!! So it was very noticeable that we messed up!
The pionte shoe piece (we danced to "Joy To The World") went very well! WE DIDN'T MESS UP!!!! It was done very nicely!
We were all a part of a bunch of other people doing things, such as singing, or playing just a few instruments...etc... We were the only ones that danced. The main star of the show, was a singing group called "Paid in Full". They were GOOD!! Anyways, we have to preform again tonight, so we'll see how "Sleigh Ride" goes!! I can't wait!!

Christmas parade
Yesterday was the Christmas parade! It was a lot of fun...my class and the 3rd and 4th grade classes danced to the song "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" behind our float and the babies in the baby classes road in the float. I wish I had pictures of the float! Me, Momma, Mrs. Justine(my ballet teacher), and her Mom decorated the float. We dressed a Christmas tree!! We put a cute costume on the Christmas tree. Think it's impossible? Well, It's not! It was sooo cute!! And we had green garland(garland is like a wreath except it isn't in a circle and it has lights in it) going around the trailer and we put snow flakes on the sides and tied ballet and pionte shoes on the side. We also put a few ornaments on the side. And we had boas raping around little areas of the garland. Boas are small fluffy scarfs. We had nutcrackers on the sides in front of the Christmas tree. The Christmas tree was on a haystack in the middle tied to the sides of the trailer. All the little kids sat on some haystacks going around the Christmas tree waving to everyone on the sides of the street. We had two moms holding a sign in front of the truck that was pulling the trailer and we also had signs on the sides of the trailer covering the wheels. The float was the best we have ever done!!
It was fun to decorate and twice as fun to dance behind in in the Christmas parade.
Happy Holidays!!

Today
Today I had to go to work with my Mom...."fun"!! I went so that my friend, Amy, could pick me up from my mom's work (I was at her work for 3 hours...YIKES!!) and take me to ballet. We had a partnering class today. This time our teacher lifted us. It was scary at first, but then it turned out to be fun. I was mainly afraid he would drop me, because I had never been lifted in any sort of way by anybody before. After that we went to a shed and worked on the float (me, momma, my ballet teacher, and her mom) for the Christmas parade. It's looking very cute so far. Then we FINALLY came home. We have been gone most of the day!! I can't wait to "hit the hay"!! My back is hurting a little bit. Maybe it'll feel better tomorrow. Ta ta for now!!

Thanksgiving
Ahhhh...I love Thanksgiving!! It's my favorite holiday, and my favorite time of the year, fall. This year we will be very busy, as usual. First we will go to my great-aunt's house on my mom's side of the family, and all my relatives will be there. There we will eat lunch and spend most of the afternoon there. Then we will go to my grandparent's house on my dad's side of the family. His brother and sister and their familys will be there. There we will eat supper and stay late into the night. This year me and my grandmother had an idea. Since my two cousin's birthdays are so close together (Adien's was Thursday and Chase's is one week after Adien's on Thanksgiving Day), we will sing happy birthday to them and not only celebrate Thanksgiving, but their birthdays as well. We were going to put candles in a cake, but nobody has time to make one, so my grandmother suggested that we put the candles in a pie...Good thinking Nana!! It's great to have a smart grandmother(even though all grandmothers are smart)!!!
Three birthday announcements.....
Happy Birthday to cousin Chase(will be 4), Adien(will be 2), and friend Macrea(will be 2 (Ellie correct me if I spelled his name wrong again))!!!!!!
I will be sure to post more about our Thanksgiving later.
Oh Let Us Give Thanks To The Lord, For He Is Good - unknown
It's good to give thanks to the Lord and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;
To declare Your loving kindness in the morning and your faithfulness by night.
-Psalm 92:1-2
More to come....

Luke 7:36-50
Then one of the Pharisees asked Him to eat with him. And He went to the Pharisee's house and sat down to eat. And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash his feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with fragrant oil. Now when the pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself saying,"This Man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is this is touching Him, for she is a sinner." And Jesus answered and said to him,"Simon, I have something to say to you." So he said,"Teacher, say it." "There was a certain creditor who had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other owed fifty. And when they had nothing with which ti repay, he freely forgave them both. Tell Me, therefore, which of them will love him more?" Simon answered and said,"I suppose the one whom he forgave more." And He said to him,"You have rightly judged." Then he turned to the woman and said to Simon, "Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair if her head. You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss me feet since the time I came in. You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil. But to whom is forgiven, the same love little." Then He said to her,"Your sins are forgiven." And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves,"Who is this who even forgives sins?" Then he said to the woman,"Your faith has saved you. Go in peace"

Visitation is Friday night from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
The funeral is at 11:00 am Saturday morning.
Both will be held at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
If you need directions, good luck, cause I have no clue where it is...

Another Song
1."Man of sorrows!" what a name For the son of God who came
Ruined sinners to reclaim! Hallelujah What a Savior!
2. Bearing shame and scoffing rude, in my place condemned He stood,
Sealed my pardon with his blood, Hallelujah, What a Savior!
3. Guilty vile, and helpless we, spotless Lamb of God was He;
Full atonement! can it be? Hallelujah, What a Savior!
4. Lifted up was He to die, "It is finished", was his cry;
Now in heaven exalted high, Hallelujah, What a Savior!
5. When He comes, our glorious King All His ransomed home to bring
Then a new this song we'll sing, Hallelujah, What a Savior!
-Philipp Paul Bliss, 1838-76

The Song on My Mind
This is a song that has been on my mind lately.
"1. Hail sovereign love that first began the scheme to res-cue fall-en man;
Hail matchless free eternal grace that gave my soul a hiding place.
Against the God that rules the sky I fought with hand uplifted high;
Despised His rich abounding grace, too proud to seek a hiding place.
2. Enwrapt in thick Egyptian night, and fond of darkness more than light,
Madly I ran the sinful race, Secure without a hiding place.
But thus the eternal counsel ran, "Almighty love arrest that man;"
I felt the arrows of distress, and found I had no hiding place.
3. Indignant justice stood in view, to Sinai's fiery mount I flew;
But justice cried with frowning face, "This Mountain is no hiding place"
Ere long a heavenly voice I heard, and mercy's angels form appeared;
She led me on, with gentle pace, to Jesus as my hiding place
4. Should storms of thundering vengeance roll, and shake the earth from pole to pole,
No flaming blot shall daunt my face, for Jesus is my hiding place.
A few more rolling suns at most, will land me safe on Canaan's cost.
Where I shall sing the song of grace, and see my glorious hiding place."

Despised His rich abounding grace, too proud to seek a hiding place.

Ballet
Here are some Ballet quotes-
"Dance is for everybody.
I believe that the dance came from the people
and that it should always be delivered back to the people."
"There is such a difference when you're dancing to music you really love,when there is this meeting of music and dancer that fuses into one.
Those are the experiences we live for."
"Dancing allows me to explore myself in so many ways,
to learn about my limitations and strengths, my ability
to cope with adversity and to go farther than I thought I could.
You find out what you're made of."
