I think It's obvious...

...I'm not very good at keeping my blog updated!

I've been busy with another ballet recital! We were told it was the best one yet. Now we're out for the summer. I already miss it! I'm very anxious for summer workshops to begin! This year we have a few guest artist coming. And some will be working on lifts with us!!!

Now that I'm not so busy right now, I hope to keep up with my blog more!

Anyways, one of my really good friends did a photo shoot with me last weekend. Here are some of the pictures she took:

A family that has been coming lately left their youngest upstairs for the first time and she sat in my lap most of the time.

Maggie, who was sitting in front of us, asked: "What is her name?"

Me: "Daisy"

You Know What's Hard to Do?

  Have you ever had to cook supper with an oven that won't even warm up?  And then you have to figure out how to cook it on the stove?


 Yeah, It's hard and takes a lot longer than it would to use an oven!

 *sniff*...*tears*  I miss you dear oven!  You always cooked such wonderful meals for the family!


Hint Hint,  Dad, don't you think it should be fixed?  :D

Aren't Sisters the Best?

Even the unbiological ones! I have several unbiological sisters,

And this is just one of them!

Always looking forward to the next time we can get together!
We like to dance, sing (at2:00am, at which we sound terrible!),
Make coffee at 3:00am and use that energy by doing just about any thing we can think about! Going to bed at 5:00 to 6:00 am and sleeping in! Photo shoots at 4:00am! Cooking and all that good stuff!

She has seen a goofy/hyper side of me no one else has seen! And that's what makes it special to goof off together like we do!

It's Obvious, I Have Blond Roots!

More like dirty blond.

I was cooking supper. I pulled the chicken out of the oven. I set the top to the pan on the counter and took off the pot holder to check to see if the chicken was done, it wasn't. So I grabbed the top with my bare hands, and of course burned my hand...and dropped the top!! (thankfully it didn't break!) That wasn't very smart of me, I know! But it really hurt!

Update

Well, to start off,

Nathan had a birthday, 13. All teenagers in the house!



I had a birthday, 15, and got my braces off!!!




I had a Christmas performance.




We had a great Christmas with the family! And a great New Years with friends!
Sadly we start school a week from the 4th. And we have a big dog in our house!!
He was in the process of jumping down when the picture was taken!

Fall

Ahhhh....Fall is finally here!! The weather is starting to get a little colder!
Fall is my favorite season! And October is my favorite month (and not just because of the McCoy cookout)!! I love watching the leaves change colors (I love fall colors!) on the trees then fall to the ground! Then there's the cold days you want to spend inside by the heater with a cup of hot tea or hot coco. And, of course, my favorite holiday is in fall, Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!
